Free cancellations

Do you need to cancel?

No problem; as long as we receive a notice at least 24 hours before the ride, it is absolutely free! If you paid in advance you will always get your money back. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the ride, we will charge you a 15% handling fee. When you reserved a taxi and you do not show up at all without any notice, we will charge you for the total amount.
